SO - we got to the point where we have a go ahead stl file, for example Base panel of APU GEN. printed at 0.14mm height, at a 42mm/s. It takes around 7 hours to print this panel, each warp (a definition of when the first layer disconnects the heat bed glass) can damage the panel. Here's some pictures to demonstrate :
